Do not lose the opportunity to sail into the City harbor as sailors have done for hundreds of years. Sailors built this magnificent town and the only way to fully appreciate the beauty of the place is to arrive from the sea.
Walk along Stradun (the main street in Dubrovnik) and the numerous small streets in and around the city. The perfect preserved city walls and historical buildings will take your breath away. Grab a coffee or ice cream among the numerous bars along. On the South Walls you will find a recommended bar “Buza”, a place on the cliffs with a beautiful view. Don’t miss the opportunity to take a rest next to Onofrie's fountain where you can hear the old traditional sounds of fiddles from Konavle.
ACI Marina Dubrovnik lies near Komolac, about 2 NM from the entrance to the port of Gruž and only 6 km from the old city nucleus. The marina has 425 berths and 140 boat places on land. All berths have water and power supply. Marina is open all year round. In ACI marina Dubrovnik there is reception,exchange office, ATM, café,aperitive-bar, restaurant, tavern, toilets and showers, laundry service,nautical gear store,repair shop, parking lot, supermarket „Konzum“ (inside marina, 20m from Ultra office ), the gas station (500 m away from ACI Dubrovnik), tennis courts, swimming pool, WiFi HOT SPOT.
On the way back to you will pass the island of Lopud, where you can stop to swim. The Elafiti islands are an archipelago situated slightly northwest of – Dubrovnik. There’s actually six islands in the archipelago, not including any small islets, although the three main ones to visit are Kolocep, Lopud and Sipan.
Kolocep and Lopud are entirely car- free so it is a excellent place to get away from hustle and bustle of everyday life.
The population on in total on the three main islands is less than 1000 people.
There are daily flights from Zagreb with Croatia Airlines, and weekly flights from several other European cites.
