In order to be able to offer the possibility of carefree travel at the best time, we have created a new booking option - flexible booking.
For season 2022, you can book a boat according to standard conditions (General Terms and Conditions here) or opt for flexible booking which gives you even more benefits.
Payment plan for both options is the same:
- 25% to confirm the booking
- 25% two months before charter
- 50% one month before charter
All other benefits and differences between these two options are listed below:
Standard booking
Cancellation
- up to 30 days prior to charter, Noa Yachting keeps 50% of charter price
- 30 days or less prior to charter, Noa Yachting keeps 100% of charter fee
Flexible booking
Cancellation
- 59 to 31 days prior to charter, Noa Yachting keeps 50% of charter fee
- 59 to 31 days prior to charter, Noa Yachting keeps 50% of charter fee
- 30 days or less prior to charter, Noa Yachting keeps 100% of charter fee
COVID-19 CANCELATIONS AND REBOOKING:
if up to 7 days prior to charter:
Croatia closes borders or
Client’s country closes borders or
Quarantine is obligatory upon return from Croatia regardless on COVID-19 test
clients are entitled to
- rebook to same yacht in different period in 2022 or 2023 (subject to availability)* or
- rebook to different yacht in different period in 2022 or 2023 (subject to availability)* or
- receive a credit note (voucher) valid for season 2022 or 2023
RE-BOOKING
up to 60 days prior to charter, clients can choose one of these options:
- change charter period with no extra charge for same yacht same season*
- change charter period to a different yacht same season*
150 € rebooking fee is due
clients are entitled to
- rebook to same yacht in different period in 2022 or 2023 (subject to availability)* or
- rebook to different yacht different period in 2022 or 2023 (subject to availability)* or
- receive a credit note (voucher) valid for season 2022 or 2023 or
- receive a full refund of paid funds (up to 180 days from cancelation)
RE-BOOKING
up to 60 days prior to charter, clients can choose one of these options:
- change charter period with no extra charge for same yacht same season*
- change charter period to a different yacht same season*
no rebooking fee
*if re-booked yacht or week has a lover price than what was originally booked, original price will be due ; no refunds will be made
