In these uncertain times, it is very hard to do the usual planning year ahead. Still, we all want to plan our spring and summer sailing holidays and have our normal routine back. All of us would like to travel, experience new places, enjoy the sea breeze, and sail.
Here at Noa Yachting we understand how difficult it is to make a decision when pandemic is still not over, however, at the same time, we also share your passion for traveling and sailing.
In order to help you plan your vacation and to book a sailing yacht or catamaran, so that you will have a reason to be cheerful whenever you think about your next sailing trip, we have made same adjustments to our booking.
A.) Standard booking
Our standard booking (non refundable) has free rebooking option in case COVID-19 “interferes” with your holiday plans, i.e. if borders get closed, or there is a mandatory quarantine regardless on COVID-19 test results when you return home.
Payment plan is now more flexible;
- 25% of the amount you will need to pay to confirm the booking
- 25% of the amount you will need to pay until March 21, 2021
- 50% of the amount you will need to pay one month before charter
It is possible to change charter period or yacht 60 days before departure with rebooking fee (150 EUR).
B.) Flexible booking
In order to offer more flexibility, we have created flexible booking option.
With flexible booking, in case of border closing or mandatory quarantine - full refund is guaranteed.
Payment plan is same as above.
It is possible to change yacht or charter period 60 days before departure - free of charge - unlimited number of changes within the same season.
For cancellation up to 60 days before departure, cost is 15% (min. 350 EUR) - and there is no need to tell us your reasons!
Your safety is our priority. In 2020 we have developed special cleaning protocol (in addition to standard cleaning) so that all surfaces get completely disinfected, as well as all cutlery and crockery. More info about our new cleaning procedures here.
We have also developed VIDEO check in's so you can check-in on the yacht without our technical staff. In case you prefer classic check in- our staff is on the pier.
